After maternity leave, I stepped away from full-time teaching because I realised the career model I’d built no longer fit the life I wanted at home.
I didn’t want to bring work home every evening or live for weekends - I wanted more presence and more control over my time in a way that still felt sustainable.
So I stepped into a part-time role that gave me breathing space, and began building an online business alongside it, learning new skills with mentorship and support.
Now I help other women explore how they can create flexible income and more time freedom around family life too - thoughtfully, and without taking big risks.
